Return Policy

At Runclub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We do not accept returns on:

Worn or damaged items (unless faulty)

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards

 

How to Return 

Online Purchases:

Email us at info@stringers.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

 

In-Store Purchases:


Bring your item and proof of purchase to any Runclub store within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

 

Exchanges:

Need a different size or style? We offer easy exchanges, subject to stock availability. Please note:

Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or colour.

If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you believe your item is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality:

Contact us with your order number and a description (photos are helpful).

We will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
